One of the services the practice has been actively involved with for over ten years has been the monitoring of building projects on behalf of the main banks and funders. The projects which we have been involved with have been varied in size from the construction of a detached house in Huddersfield to the construction of 150 detached houses on an estate in Lincoln. We have also been involved with the extension to an industrial unit in Doncaster, to the construction of a new commercial/industrial park in Wakefield.

The projects themselves have been varied and different, ranging from standard domestic houses and apartments, industrial and commercial properties to poultry sheds, concrete products production plants, tyre and exhausts depots and new restaurants and bars.

The service which we offer to Clients, their Banks and Funders is an integrated service where we offer independent project advice in relation to construction as well as financial matters which gives our Clients greater confidence.
