The new development consists of a purpose built 12,100 sq metre bed and spring manufacturing warehousing facility complete with office block incorporating showroom space for the display of the manufactured products. The 10 acre site at Raventhorpe Industrial Estate in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire also incorporated car parking, service yards, extensive landscaping and external works.
