Livesey Associates formerly known as H. Livesey & Associates are an independent Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice who's offices are situated at Junction 41 Business Court, Thorpe Road, East Ardsley, Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Livesey Associates pride themselves in providing a pro-active and dedicated range of management services to the property and construction industry.

Established in 1970 by Mr. Harry Livesey FRICS, FCIarb, MAE, the Practice is presently managed by his son Mr. Stuart Livesey MRICS, MQSI.

Livesey Associates has in excess of 100 years experience in the construction industry, and since we started, our commitment to ongoing training remains the foundation of the quality of service we provide, helping our team adapt accordingly with the industry.

We believe that the key to success relies upon establishing solid long-term relationships with our clients and developing a strong ethos of teamwork within our staff, thus providing the highest standards of service tailored to your requirements.
